Shipping information
Please allow up to 15 BUSINESS days (This does not include Saturday or Sunday or Holidays) OR MORE for your order to ship. I will not start to work on an order until cleared payment. We ship using USPS Monday - Friday. I am a mother to 5 boys, I am a wife and have a full time job. If the order is a RUSH order please contact to request this and I will try my best to get it out first. If it is a LOCAL (to be dropped of at the Fargo, ND, Unglued store on 408 Broadway) there will be NO shipping charges just use the promo code LOCAL at check out.
Shipping from Fargo North Dakota, normal shipping time is 2-10 days if in USA.
We only ship the items to the address entered, if you have the wrong address & name, please message me, or buyer shall be responsible for the failed delivery and will either, 1) not get their order and be refunded for the products only or 2) be subject to the reshipping fee.
Any orders over 4lbs will have to be broken up into more then one box due to some products can be crushed/damaged if they are all in one box/package. If you have a large order we will message you to let you know how many boxes/packages to expect and you will be subject to shipping fees.
IF FOR ANY REASON YOUR PACKAGE COMES HEAVILY DAMAGED. I WILL REQUIRE PHOTOS, WITHIN 12 HOURS OF BEING DELIVERED, PROVING THE DAMAGE AND I WILL DECIDE IF I WILL RESHIP. IF I DECIDE THE ORDER IS INDEED HEAVILY DAMAGED, I WILL RESHIP OUT THE ORDER AS SOON AS I CAN BUT CAN TAKE ANOTHER 10 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING ON MY WORK FLOW/ORDERS. YOU WILL BE CHARGED ANOTHER SHIPPING FEE.
If an order is returned due to refused/wrong address we will contact you to get the correct address. If I don't get an answer within 24 hours with correct address, you will only be refunded half your order if you choose not to reship. As stated above buyer is responsible for failed delivery and may acquire another shipping charge.
IF YOU CHOOSE A SMALLER SHIPPING OPTION EVEN THOUGH YOUR ORDER IS LARGE I WILL CANCEL YOUR ORDER. IF IT’S SMALLER IT GOES IN A PADDED ENVELOPE. IF ITS LARGE $50 TO $100 IT GOES IN A MEDIUM BOX AND IF ITS HUGE $150+ IT GOES IN A LARGE BOX AND MAY REQUIRE MORE THEN ONE BOX DEPENDING.
Shipping is based on weight, destination and time. I make absolutely $0 on shipping. It is what USPS charges and if it's less you will get a refund.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We can except returns with in 14 business days of delivered tracking and item must be returned in original box and unused. We will refund your money minus the shipping/paypal costs if you are not satisfied with your order. We want you to have an wonderful experience with my products.

You have 24 hours to cancel your order. This is because everything is made to order. It takes TIME to make your order and I am a one women show! Please understand that the turn around time is very FLUID and can change from day to day.
We do not accept returns or refunds on custom orders.
If you did not receive your items within 15 days after of your order is shipped, please contact us for tracing.

I guarantee that everything is made by me and nobody else. I can do custom orders of anything listed or if you have your own idea or want something added or taken off please let me know and we can work out something special just for you! :)
Custom orders do require payment before the item is made. Again, there are no refunds or returns on custom work.
